Introduction to practical and philosophical fundaments of Ayurveda with details on the history and practice of marma.
Module 2- Understanding Marma Energetics
Foundations of Vayu to understand how marma works. Survey the 108 marmani with detailed information on application, recommendations and contraindications for each area.
Knowledge of how to affect marma in asana practice will be explored for self-treatment.
Module 3- Marma Therapuetics
Detailed outlines for self-practice and sharing marma. Information on application for specific ailments and regions of the body to maximize time and treatment.
